One Senator can hold out and wreck consensus or at least prevent majority rule.That will change of course the next time the GOP is in charge but ,for now nothing can be passed. It&#039;s not just healthcare. The GOP will use this successful new tool to prevent Obama from passing anything!!!! Period!!!&lt;br&gt;  It&#039;s a new day and it&#039;s all bad!</description>
